After 4 years as a Consultant with Bain & Company, where she took on increasing case and talent management responsibility, she founded Sparrey Consulting to counsel MBA candidates through the admissions process. More recently, she has founded Career Investment Advisors Inc., offering programs designed to maximize the experiences of current MBA students and recent alumni. A natural collaborator, Andrea can often be found on college campuses on both coasts evangelizing the need for candidates to seek professional advice on managing their biggest investment; their careers. Andrea is an engaged contributor, as co-chair of local alumni groups for her schools, and as a leader in professional organizations.
